To return merchandise, simply fill out Return Form to request prior authorization. We will email you the correct return address within 2 business days after we receive your return requestment. Place the merchandise in the original package and use the correct return address to retuen the products.

Very Important:  We cannot accept any returns without prior authorization from us. So fill out Return Form first to request authorization before you return the products.

All Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used (original credit card, PayPal, etc...).

Return Form

If you'd like to return something, it must be unused, in the condition you received it in. It should also be complete with all warranty cards, original box, and instructions. If it isn't in new condition you will be charged minimum 20% restocking and/or re-boxing fee based on the missing items and its condition.

Blankets, Bedding, and Baby Clothing

We have 14 days return policy for all our Bedding, Clothing, and Blanket Products with prior authorization. For hygiene reasons, we ONLY accept returns on our Bedding, Clothing, and Blanket Product which is damaged in transit, or wrong shipped by us, or with factory defects at no charge.

Please return the products in its original package without being used. You can return it for a full refund or exchange if the product is defective / wrong shipped / damaged items (Exchanges depend on inventory availability).

Baby Safety Products

We have 14 days return policy for all our Baby Safety Products with prior authorization, which includes Baby Monitors, Digital Baby Scale, Prenatal Heart Listeners, Nasal Aspirator, Ear Thermometer, Portable Mini Fridge, Messymat, TV Lisenter. Please return the products in its original package. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item received was the wrong product, defective, or damaged.

All our Baby Safety Products carry limited manufacturer's warranty. Please see the product descriptions. 

Child Educational Toys

We have 14 days return policy for all our Child Educational Toy Products. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item received was the wrong product, defective, or damaged. Please return the products in its original package.

Strollers, and Carriers 

We accept returns for 30 days from the date of the purchase for strollers, high chiars and carriers. However, we will not accept returns that don't have our return label on the package. A returns label is included with every order and is not a shipping label - you are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item received was the wrong product, defective, or damaged. Please return the products in its original package with all warranty cards, original box, and instructions.
